Growing up in Fort Worth’s Wedgwood neighborhood as the daughter of a home builder, Renn Traylor gained a thorough understanding of the city and its many charms. Wearing her own pink hard hat, Renn delighted in accompanying her dad to visit home construction sites and meet with future homeowners. 

 

Inspired by her family’s role in providing homes for Fort Worth families, Renn purchased her own first home at the young age of 19. A neglected property, Renn painstakingly renovated it as her first “adult” home. Since that time, she has acquired and renovated three residential properties and a commercial space throughout the Fort Worth area, including the University West area, Ryan Place, and Wedgwood. 

 

It's no surprise that Renn has happily put her extensive knowledge of the entire Fort Worth area to work as a real estate professional at Fort Worth Focused Real Estate. Since earning her real estate license in 2018, Renn has continued to broaden her knowledge of the market. By constantly analyzing real estate data and tracking changes in neighborhoods, she can more effectively serve both buyers and sellers in the very active and dynamic local residential real estate market.
